  Our infant son attended this Tutor Time for a day and a half. On the second day we were able to access the in-classroom camera and were horrified by what we saw. Hands not being washed/gloves not worn, inattentive teachers, dirty diapers placed in plastic bags and hung on the side of a crib. The list goes on but the last straw was seeing our child's bottle being heated in the microwave. My wife called immediately and was met with a response of "the cameras are not there for parents to call and complain about what they see". I left work and got my son out of there. I could go on about the attitude of the center's director and teachers which was less apologetic than combative but i digress. Obviously would not recommend this center to anyone who cares about their child's well-being.

  I have a 5-month old daughter who's been enrolled at Tutor Time (5-Mile Road and Haggerty) for three months and our family has had a wonderful experience! The infant room is very organized, clean, and the teachers are AWESOME! We absolutely love the fact that diapers and wipes are included in the tuition fees. You can tell that the employees at this location truly care about our daughter and they are very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. My daughter is always smiling when I drop her off and pick her up - you can tell she really enjoys her time there! Great staff, competitive fees, and a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this Tutor Time location to other parents.
